Once you have that in place, even if your business hits a downturn, you can flip burgers to cover your expenses.

@Kyle Chase If you look at the retail sector, Walgreens and Rite Aide or CVS always go in by each other, Burger King, McDonalds, Taco Bell and Del Taco, etc.
