@Dan Heuschele  great points dan. and timely, as at my town council meeting tonight, the city lawyer confirmed they are NOT requiring owners to occupy at least one unit.  

Our elected representative on the city council would have his aide attend, who brought us the city hall news affecting the neighborhood (building permits, zoning changes, programs in the works) and would report back on the concerns we had.

majority of the victims here ( and I call them that because that's what I believe they are ) are just learning of this.. and once they get with legal council I am fairly certain that they will instructed to stay off of social media.the Sad part is Morris is now throwing the ground partner under the bus..

City council seems to have all kinds of “great” ideas.

I've already had 2 conferences with the city council and Dir. of the Economic Development.

I know brokers will do it here in Ontario and in British Columbia, haven't looked into other provinces much less states.
