But it ran out of ink and I've spent the last 2 years trying to find a reason to buy more laser 'ink' for it.I think I will look deeper into Chris Goulart's and J Scott's suggestion with MyFax along with HelloFax as suggested by Ben Bakhshi - I actually signed up with HelloFax a few days ago for their free online signature feature and didn't even think about them for the incoming and outgoing faxes.I'm re-ordering business cards and figured now is a good time to change my fax number and get out of being double-billed for fax services.Rob K - Thanks buddy but I don't want to get tied down to Comcast to a point where I will lose my number if I decide I no longer want to pay for TV I don't even watch - lol.And Bridget D. - LOVE the quote!

Here in GA it is a cash sale at the courthouse steps.With all the guru's and TV shows pushing "flip this house" and " a million mistakes were made and we still made money " newbies feel like they can't lose trying their hand at this stuff.In the entry levels flips new investors are overbidding due to lack of experience, construction materials are rising in cost, and contractors are in big demand so they are gouging on what they charge.
