My ultimate ambition is to expand my real estate empire and achieve the astounding milestone of 100,000 units.

My first investment property happens to be my first home purchase, so my questions are hopefully basic for anyone experienced here.

I have REPS by actively and materially participating in my rental property portfolio, and also work as a real estate broker full time (1099 collecting commissions through a single member/purpose LLC) from buildings I sell.My losses from my rental properties (LLC #A) largely offset any federal and state taxes from my brokerage business (LLC #B).

This was all without my knowledge or permission.

I need to get this existing company out of my life.

You are buying into a business to pass down to future generations, not to mention a vacation home or retirement plan.When I talk about my investments I don’t talk about a 4 unit ugly building in (insert boring/cheap state in the US).I talk about Europe!
