Where inventories are price sensitive making up the lion's share of collateral a bank will lower the hammer in a hurry.

Nothing wrong with Yelp you get high quality work with the well reviewed companies and often times less headaches they just cater to homeowners who aren't as price sensitive as investors. 

And it is time sensitive, my aunt is in danger of losing her house and the reason I am having cash flow shortage is because my buyer is in the hospital with a "cold" (covid19) and my closing had to be pushed back to next week. .
