That, plus we're refinishing our second floor, which currently doesn't count as livable space although it was intended to be, that will add another bedroom and bathroom on to the house as an extra 500 ft or so of sqfootage.

Welcome @Colton DuhrGood contractors are hard to come by - depending on what you need done you can go the J Scott suggested route and hit up Lowes or HD or Menards early in the morning and see which guys are hurrying around for their prospective trades, painters/refinishers will be at Sherwin Williams or Porter Paints around here - I'm sure the guys at the counter can tell you which contractors are ordering the most paint and the busiest and give you a referral.  

We have been going since may and are down to just refinishing the floors and a few final touches.

I have also added some sweat equity in the form of refinished original hardwood floors and new paint throughout.

Paint, wood floor refinishing, and a small section of water damaged ceiling are the repairs noted from my first walk through with my agent.

I'm painting the interior, exterior, new roof, lots of yard cleanup, refinishing the wood floors, building out a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, adding egress windows.

I haven't actually been inside yet but it looks like it will need a kitchen remodel, maybe take out some walls, additional drywall repair, full interior paint job, hardwood floor refinish.
