The cause was not determined.It is recommended to make modifications to the attic ventilation system in this home in order to meet minimum requirements -inadequate soffit venting.The inspection has identified an active plumbing leak at joint within water supply piping under home as seen in crawl area.The access opening size (for small crawl area) is not adequate to allow for easy entrance to the crawl area.The vapor barrier/plastic covering on floor of crawl area needs repair to provide the intended service.

Hello,I recently closed on a triplex and the apartments feels very chilly in winter weather proofing with a plastic cover sealing the windows  mitigated the issue little bit but I would like to get to the root of cause since even when thermostat is set at 80 it feels chilly,especially my lower two units are very cold despite a centralized ac system.Unfortunately I couldn't catch this during inspections since it was warmer weather around that time.I am now dealing with higher utility bills who are some professionals that I can get in touch with for solid weather proofing ?

Starting out in a new career in an area where there weren’t many jobs in that field resulted in low pay but at least it was experience.Unfortunately while working on the house I got hurt and had to have surgery and also my wife had some medical issues that resulted in a pile of medical bills that all wanted paid right away.

Its kind of similar to bathtub overflowing.. they diverted the water and this was cause of damage, but the fact the only thing holding the extension,, plastic,, even wind can move those stupid things,, I know I have several and the bricks help to stabilize but aren't reliable.
