Here's a bit about me: I recently moved to the North of Dallas, ready to make a mark in the real estate scene.

The reason Los Angeles originally became the hub of the TV and film industry in the first place is because of the natural lighting (sunshine most of the year) which was a necessity at the time and because of the nearby environments which allowed all kinds of scenery to be filmed within a few hours of the city.need a beach scene?

When I started at SDSU, I quickly figured out that partying wasn't my scene.

The culinary scene, with nice restaurants and craft breweries, is also popular.Southampton, NY- Southampton, New York, is a small vacation town in The Hamptons on Long Island.

I don't know the Oregon scene too well however a house we purchased in Napa was a monthly vacation rental before and it was booked 8 months of the year. 

They are a small regional bank, portfolio lender, so walking into their branch feels like a scene from Cheers.

More than once I have seen someone break the window of a car and drive away with the alarm still going off, headlights flashing and everything - someone like this will not care that you installed a security light, they may not even notice - but they will certainly notice a very hard to cut through cage around the AC, and if it takes them a long time to cut through they will hopefully leave it alone - in very bad areas I have noticed that people do not care so much about making a scene, but they are still lazy and do not want to spend the time to cut through your defenses when again they can keep looking for an easier target.

Having a hard time finding lenders, and I need help with the “behind the scenes” stuff.
