Moral of the story in my opinion, you are wasting the borrower and your firm's energy in a battle that seems pointless.

I am now a proud Organizer of Events and Leader in this organization and speaking candidly as a Citadel Alum, this is the most ethical and morally honest REIA that I have ever worked with.

I can refer to you a well respected PM that has hundreds of units, many many years of experience, and I believe very strong moral character.

Moral of the story - most of the time CFD/LC's are used but they shouldn't be.  

Moral of the story, it is possible that every single light bulb in a house can be burnt out.

I don't think you can refute a single one of the things I said when it comes to GOOD, REPUTABLE, MORALLY UPSTANDING wholesalers.
