Seems high to me, but it is a popular location for flight personnel and the Woodward Academy.I know a great REA and East Point/College Park is her specialty.  

The issue with no SSN, other than making it more difficult to verify the application, is the increased flight risk.  

It is only a short 45 min flight out there.

My business flipping homes has started to take flight lately and we see this as a good time to make a move and open our own property management company.

or garage had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to kitchen (hey i needed to lose some weight neway :))If you find a million dollar house & pay $500k. probably lot more wiggle room to cut down trees or fix something.

In all I was out the cost of the flight, rental car, and inspection.In general however, the Due Diligence (DD) period is the time when you "kick the tires" and look at every aspect of a property - order your inspections, get trades to bid on CapEx, review leases, look at expenses, city/county records, property line surveys, etc.

I utilized my commission as down payment and only had to bring in a few thousand dollars to close which I had saved up from my previous flight attendant job.  

Flights are definitely an issue.I’ve had just one new booking in the last 2 months and it’s for June 2021!
