The risk level is actually nominal in comparison with the reasonably expected returns. 

The game at that level is about access to capital and deals.

, if that's stuff that she is personally originating (inclusive of assistants being the ones doing the clicking on the computer screens... at her income level I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't even know how to personally pull someone's credit!

What I'm seeing at our local level is that the market is making it's correction and prices hasn't drop by much and I think more seller are getting more realistic with what they are asking vs a year ago when homes were flying off the MLS with multiple offers.
