Why on earth would they prioritize damages over lost rent other than they (the PM) have the money and want to keep it.

We use a ton of google earth to pick out areas that look promising, and to identify specific lots/buildings etc, and that combined with a simple spread sheet has allowed us to take down many off market retail and land deals for our clients. 

Specifically a foreclosure attorney or a real estate litigation attorney.Do not go to a general practice attorney that only dabbles in real estate as a small part of their practice.If you bought this house this cheap why on Earth do an owner finance on it??

There’s folks out there listing RVs, tents, and even earth homes.

People get sucked into thinking that because you have soo many options you can do sooo much with it and see this as "value".Let me bring you down to earth for a bit.
