Manufactured home for air bnb

Is it a good idea to use manufactured home for air bnb business?

Seeing as it is on a perimeter foundation like any stick built house with regular everything instead of some sub-standard MH stuff from the 70's I don't know if insurance would be a problem either.


Yes, they are pretty common in Northern Arizona. If done right, you can barely tell. Most of them , though, are obvious due to the lack of any overhang/eaves/porches, they stick out like a sore thumb. I have been in some, though that I didn't realize were MH until I really thought about it...or someone told me. So they can be done right. But I think the appreciation value would still be substandard.....
