When I got back to town, I took my friend out for dinner and gave him a gift certificate to his favorite store.  

I belong to Rental Housing Alliance of Portland where we have a monthly dinner meeting with a speaker talking about landlord issues.

So these areas seem to get more people that ski, bike& hike all day- head out to dinner then come back to rest up for the next day.  

Had drinks and dinner with some key vendors and really strengthened our network.  

Negotiate a referral fee because they're going to do all the work since all you can do is watch.Enjoy a good steak dinner and invest the rest into your education.

I suppose if you want to get stabbed at Thanksgiving dinner by your family member........ :)

Start by replacing your expenses net of work costs (clothes,  lunches, rushed dinners, daycare, gas/vehicle w&t, travel, higher taxes, etc).   

also financing is cheap in this country.you have broken computer you don’t want to fix it because the cost of dinner is sometimes more expensive than the cost of hardware in this regard , computer chip.same logic applicable to appliance.

You order a steak dinner, the server says it will be the best mid-rare steak you've ever had, most delicious potato, and the bread will make you cry.
