One who's willing to collaborate with us to a solution because they actually care about the solution and collaboration and another who enjoys sitting behind a keyboard at 2 a. m after a couple drinks, to be blunt talking trash.

I was totally wrong on that because about 6 months into my membership I realized that it's connecting with other like-minded investors inside the community and collaborating with them on deals.

It's nice because it's a solid double entry accounting system with automatic billion options, but it is week with customer access and collaboration.  

It is less likely for two people to collaborate to do something wrong than it is for one.What has your relationship been with the residents?

I am not saying that these will in anyway be the norm nor will work for most transactions, but once in a blue moon they may be able to be pulled off.I encourage collaboration and any other creative financing options that have worked for others.

I checked out the Gorilla program some time ago and it looks like a great way for less experienced investors to collaborate with a real partner, not just a lender.

I like the idea and want to bounce a little variation off of you tying it back to BP.The sharing and collaborating between everyone may end up being the best part of your idea so everyone else can see it as well.

It may be time to go public with my BP collaboration successes.
