My business cc doesn't show up on my personal credit report.If your going to be purchasing properties with your LLC you will still have to personally guarantee the loan but it will not show up on your personal credit report.If you have really good credit you may also be able to set up a business line of credit with a local bank as long as you sign a personal guarantee.Your bank is going to want your tax ID as well as your "Article of incorporation" and your "Operating Agreement" for you LLC before they will loan money to you.

Maybe consider streamlining your cash-outflow a little... get rid of the car loan (sell car, get less expensive car), get rid of the cc debt, build a cash buffer.

So I am looking for new software and wanted to ask for your thoughts.There are a few things I am trying to do:- Manage multiple properties through multiple LLCs- Keep track of invoices and payments from tenants (bonus points for accepting CC payments)- Automatically be notified of late rent payments and apply late fees- Give a book-keeper access so they can keep all the accounts reconciled- Be able to hand off data to my accountants at the end of the year- Online only preferred, but could download a client to my Mac if neededHopefully that’s not too tall of an order.
