You can't use virtual/pbx numbers to verify most accounts, so you actually have to drop a few bucks..In case you're wondering, I have no affiliation/reward with any of these companies and just wanted to share a tip that may come in handy if you're trying to build a business on a shoe-string budget in your early days.

Hey guys ,  whats  the story with Jerry's program, searching around  not even one positive review is found , on the other side i sow that myhousedeals.com a site working with thousands of wholesalers is officially marketing his program, on my question why they do so ,the answer i got :"We can say that we have worked with Jerry Norton as an affiliate for many years now and have not received any complaints regarding his program" so does this mean anything ?

But, you'll find a close correlation to that of the general public as to party affiliations at least in our area.Most in a PHA are elderly or past retirement age, there are few younger occupants.
