Hello BiggerPockets friends 👋🏽 I'm a brand new investor from Brooklyn looking to Fix & Flip & BRRRR depending on how the deals come. However to accomplish these goals I need deals that has; after repair value, cash flow appreciation and force equity options in the New York City five boroughs; but, I'm not limited to New York just preferred.
