@Bryan Blankenship I manage my properties myself, so I can't speak to the property management relationship side of your question, but I did want to throw out an often overlooked aspect of the software PMs choose to use: the tenant experience.As a property manager, you rightfully evaluate software based on your experience day-to-day interacting with it and your owners experience on their login portal.

Currently, we have them take a screenshot of their financial aid section in their student portal to verify their aid so they can pay rent.

But in the end, RedtRedi has recently added some more functionality to their software (you still can't use it where the verbiage is different for commercial versus residential) and their customer support is pretty good (you might have to wait up to 5 min. if you're using the online portal for help).

So you just connect the wink hub 2 to your wi-fi router and the "Schlage Connect" deadbolt and you are able to change the code, lock/unlock, etc from the wink hub 2 web portal/app?
