Used to work for McKesson who has their specialty health HQ in the Woodlands which will likely never go away due to it's relation to Houston health care. 

To blame it for your health care costs is like blaming the fireman who comes to save you and falls short because he doesnt have a ladder or a hose for the fire itself.

What's health care cost?

This is true for professional, mobile white-collar workers with in-demand careers: technology, engineering, healthcare, finance, law and similar professions (STEM and other high-paying fields).

However if you’re okay with pit toilets, septic systems, solar panels and generators, flying to Houston or going up to Mexico for healthcare, and don’t care about shopping then these obstacles are easily overcome.

One of my tenants works in healthcare, so they have been paying, and the other one has one working and the other not.Because of the great timing of months, I want to make sure that their leases still fall during the summer.  

@Jay CaiI personally would only consider an LLC in the following circumstances1) You have a property with another individual2) You buy the property all cash and it has a high cost3) You have a high net worth and work in a highly litigious industry(I.E. healthcare professional)Best of luck.

A couple of years ago California's Deoartment of Health Care Service referred to me a stack of 90 cases where no probates had been filed, county PA's would not accept and families would not take any action.  

Same can be said about the cost of education and health care or the rapid rise in stock market valuations, vastly exceeding the rate of inflation.

Why should health care be any different?
