It could be the issue with the foundation is non-structural and does not require attention (this could be the case if the "foundation" is for a porch or other decorative feature (chainwall under porch or front of house). 

The condo was huge, the view was beautiful, and the decor was done in some timeless pink and teal (pink wallpaper, green/teal carpets, and the rest to match).  

Add landscaping, paint, decorative exterior elements, etc.

My clients have used Harmony Decor in Portland with good results. 

For tiles I've had the most luck with floor and decor.

Obviously fundamental repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC need to be addressed but leave your taste for home living at the door when it comes to décor of the home.

It's usually some combination of a postcard stamp and some 10c, 5c, 3c stamps depending on what the current first class mail postage is.I also use some sort of decorative stamp to dress up the envelope.

the grey doesn't go at all.... a natural light stone back splash with  a sign;e strip pattern. and stainless steel appliances.All of that said find a great interior hard surface decorator and they certainly guide you correctly
