Insurance carriers will not provide coverage for this type of exposure unless you have a professional designation or license. 

Here are my key educational points:- Electric Heat --> SUPER expensive for whoever is paying utilities; stay far away from- Knob and Tube --> Not good for getting insurance carriers to insure your property and it is an outdated and expensive electrical system- Always negotiate for lower purchase price --> Just because the numbers 'work' doesn't mean you can't get it for lower.

Find an insurance broker in the area who can shop whichever carrier is the most competetive at the time!

@Bill Manassero got to say, your request will bring out all us insurance brokers here on BP:)The insurance carrier who will provide you with the best options on the 22 unit in IN will most likely not be the best option for the smaller properties, and vise versa.

Every dollar counts as an investor, as well you want to make sure you are covered sufficiently just the same.Pricing can vary greatly from carrier to carrier but pricing also varies greatly from person to person and property to property. 

And for that much, you'd see some significant results.You might even consider doing it for a short period of time, then revert back to the Roth TSP so you don't have all your eggs in one basket.The policy needs to be designed properly, to enhance the growth of the cash value, which there are a handful of carriers that do that.

Many of my STR investor clients use Proper for dwelling but split their coverage and use another carrier for wind.Also, the age of your property and its systems figure HEAVILY into insurance rates, so don't just go with the first quote you get.
