Hopefully a little perspective on the history of DoHardMoney and what our mission is might lend some clarity.Ryan Wright the owner of DoHardMoney started the company after several years as a successful Real Estate Investor with a large portfolio of rental properties and several successful fix and flips.

For instance, in 2008 the southeast quadrant (D10) is SF got hit hard, but this time I think it's much closer to prime and may fall less in value than recent high flyers like the mIssion district.

We live in the Upper Mission in Kelowna and are in the process of putting a suite in our house which will cover our mortgage.

Very little upside for them and large downside and not in their mission. 

I am in Mission Viejo and can meet at a Starbucks.

We have someone on our street who seems to have made it his mission to crack down on anyone not following regulation.

Most are pretty lazy and overvalue their services and are very difficult to manage and keep focused on mission.

I do have to say it helps that my lady is very understanding of my lifelong mission & purpose.

I've gone through numerous agents hoping to find one with the same mission, but it's looking like I'm on my own with the searching.What's your advice?
