I’m always looking to network with entrepreneurs/small business owners that are putting themselves out there.

I love talking "shop" with other RE entrepreneurs. 

This is the path of an entrepreneur.

To carry the analogy further, the Upstate NY landlords are feeling quite restricted in these new clothes we've been forced to wear.I'm afraid that these new regulations will continue to drive entrepreneurs (RE investors, specifically) out of NY, taking their tax revenue with them. 

I also am looking to connect with business owners & entrepreneurs in general as I am also interested in retail leasing in my commercial spaces, once acquired.

I don’t know the backstory of the author or her subject; I’m simply using their arguments to illustrate a point: it’s all about perspective.I hang out with a lot of realtors/investors/entrepreneurs.

*t out of me And I have bought a house for 250k from a Zillow ad with zero contingencies    But it didn’t have to produce money for me And I’ve been an entrepreneur and landlord starting back 40+ years ago 

But then my entrepreneur mind took over and said why don't I build a bunch of houses on the land.

I came to this board recently just to hear and converse with other entrepreneurs (particularly apartment entrepreneurs) .

Both are world class organization and both are very supportive of our development as real estate investor and or entrepreneur.
