I'm in the market for acquiring my first commercial property. I am in NYC and I'm not turned off by the current climate & prices of the market. Bred hustler mentality. I've been studying RE for years and I'm ready to build my portfolio. Looking to connect with investors, lenders, brokers, property managers & contractors.
