One thing that's sometimes more important than the affiliates is who the turn-key company is.

Remember too, notes may be used internally, partnerships, Trusts, LLC's, affiliates where a note isn't required to be filed but can address disposition of assets or disbursements. :)

I go through USAA for all my insurance, but you have to have military affiliation to use them.

And one person affiliated with a notorious OMG who knows a whole lot about real estate!

Note you will most likely need to open an account with the bank but I use mine to make auto payments on the HELOC, super simple.I have no business affiliation with John other than he provided me such great service I recommend him whenever I can.

The problem is you never know if it's genuine or if the person referring is affiliated with the company.
