So it's frustrating they want to be present, I had an HAVC tech check out an AC, he knocked on a tenant door, he told her I'm here to check the AC, she responded "I don't have an appointment with you, you may not come in" i had texted her about the AC two days prior.Is it fine if I ignore complaints, from those people who request things but then don't want me or my vendors to come in?
