@Adam Gonzalez- this depends on many factors -  location/ price / rent #s  /  exp  etc .....I  would  recommend  getting  fully pre approved ( if you havent  already )  in order to make sure you are  aware of the  current rates  / payments  etc .....and then  keep  looking for  a STR that  fits  your needs  ....if nothing presents  itself - so be it  ....if something does  work - you  will want to be prepared to react

Even if you have to overpay for those assets.Plus, currency exchange rates can make a "poor performing" US investment better than a high performing native investment in terms of native purchasing power.
