I think split foyer is the best style to keep each privacy (There looks not so many supply in the market in Maryland though).For me, there looks some areas I should consider and they have pros and cons.

Hey @Sean Salandy and @Sean Salandy  - lol, I don't think I've seen this issue :) So, first, there isn't  a great way to separate the two names, unless someone wants to "unhide" their name by going to BiggerPockets.com/settings/privacy.
