They can do whatever arrangement they agree on (birddog fees, cash under the table, some weird bottle can return to Michigan for 10 cent refund scam) as long as me and my client are not involved in their dealings, it's not assignable and it's not on the HUD-1 form I don't care what they do.Good Luck,

(Have to love getting in ahead of the path of progress.)Now that was a REALLY unique situation, and we hit big time on a neighborhood that was about 18 months from having a really big uptick in development.On that particular property, we have done a cash out refinance, and literally have none of our original money tied up in the property.

The house itself is unique in the sense that it's a 2/1.5 with large den (that could really be a bd room) and a seperate garage apartment thats a 1/1 w/ kitchen etc.

Here in Colorado, I pay the following:$279 for a 432 unit community that has a pool, a clubhouse, an exercise room and pool tables, landscaping and a shared water bill$305 for a 183 unit community with no pool, but has landscaping and a playground$338 for a 120 unit community with a pool, a clubhouse and landscaping.Your mileage may vary, but your HOA dues seem reasonable(ish) to me.
