Lastly, be careful in the Operating Agreement so as not to create an employee relationship with you supervising or requiring when or how work is to be performed, such can triger tax problems, workmens comp and withholdings.You might try to put it together yourself, but really, it's your business and I'd suggest you pass everything by an attorney to have it blessed with legal water....good luck

Meaning, I think people will eventually return to what they were doing to a degree, even if it's a few years after a vaccine, people get more comfortable going back out, etc.I just think there is too much opportunity, research labs, talent, night life, all sorts of things in Boston (and other cities) that will never cease to attract people.But again, to your point, I think this current situation will affect things greatly.
