Goal is to rent again for $1,650 so feels like we should repaint.

I just got a pretty good price from my painter to repaint the two bathrooms, let me know what you think!

It might be different if they'd rent a smoking unit, but they are too good to live with the stink and burns from the previous tenant.Of course, smokers lie, so I still get the occassional smoker, but my contract specifically says that the tenants will pay for any smoke or burn damage from cigarettes, candles, incense, or any other flame or burning, up to and including full cost of replacing the carpets and re-painting the interior.At least when the tenants lie and sneak smoking, they are more careful, because they know I will kick them out if i catch them.

They had me add window pins the 8 of the first floor windows (had no idea what those were until the inspection), repaint the house numbers because they matched the side of the house because first respondents would have a hard time seeing them, and I had to buy and install a new window for an upstairs bedroom (old one was double-hung and too small to egress out of).

It only needed touch up but the prior paint was flat and it was advised that I repaint with semigloss to avoid similar wall paint cleaning issues in future.

The building was old and outdated though, but the unit itself had been repainted, utilities were all ok, and floors were updated. 

Have repainted, removed all carpet and vinyl, kilz all sub flooring. 

Currently the wall colors in every unit is WHITE in satin and looks if it hasn't been painted since the 70's so lots of scuff here and there and overall just looks like it needs to be refreshed so we're looking to repaint the units.My question has to do with wall colors.

How big is the house... it's about $1/square foot just to repaint the house... another $1 if you want to paint the exterior as well.  

We had it repainted by 9am.
