The reason I ask is while some syndicators make insane amounts of money, if I were making $20-$30K net profit per month I'd say you have an excellent business model that has proven highly successful and I'd at least try to automate/outsource your secret sauce and keep that income as a baseline for the months (or years) it may take to grow your syndication biz. 

SF was outsourcing the 20% loan piece through other smaller lenders rather than holding it themselves (but they were handling the underwriting altogether so we didn't have to juggle 2 loan apps). 

Looking to outsource this service, and want to only have do things that I really need.

My goals are to be out of my business as much as possible and to outsource as much of the work as possible.

@Tyrell D BradshawI believe it’s person specific, some people love to control every single little detail about all of their properties and some may even enjoy this way but others feel that this type of work is better outsourced so that they can focus on other things.

It's easy to hire a VA and train the person to outsource your job.You can find them on portals like onlinejobs.ph or there are bunch of sites.I know a few VA's that work for a full time salary of less than $500 per month doing the 8-10 job that you train on.

I can paint a room if I wanted to but I generally find it best to outsource maintenance and repairs especially if you find the right contractors.

You can service yourself or outsource it.

I'd rather find one via biggerpockets or other outsourcing I'm also starting to read the beginner guide on here and threw se extra caution on the gurus also said I had 15 min to lock in the special yet I've gotten 3 spam emails a day later after there supposed limit time offer so red flags going off.
