Also, I am certain there is an eviction somewhere on the horizon if I keep up with the class, not sure when.I know that real estate is local, and that this is going to vary greatly from market to market, but I'd like to hear your opinions.

If I were you, though, I'd do my due diligence on about 5 of the top real estate crowdfunding sites and pick several investments that you like and understand and invest in 3-6 projects with shorter investment period horizons.

The goal for them is to have long term finance and then take the 5 cap to an 8 cap in a 5 year horizon with rental increases and cost savings.These are big buildings 20,30,40 million in price.

I know one company that buys big class A to B stuff for 30 million and up.They buy at a 5 to 6 cap and through a 5 year horizon hope to get it to an 8 plus cap with cost savings and rent growth.There are tons of strategies out there.
