If they don’t have a definitive answer to that question, or if they hesitate like the question threw them off guard, that’s a problem.

Bottom line is that I dropped my guard and didn't do the due diligence.

You need to look at the pet owner as much if not more than the pet, what experience do they have as an owner, do they really know much about the breed or did they get it just thinking it was cute or that they have some macho personality thing a guard dog is just cool?

Would NREIG/AGM & and or ACM have preferred it if I had hired a security team to guard the property too???

Did you hear the National Guard is shipping tanks to enforce martial law in cities? 

I am putting all my eggs in one basket and guarding it with my life!!!  

The scary part is that you never know how crazy someone might be and I honestly would never let my guard down.

I believe there are more options and safe guards in place when dealing with military renters.
