I can get a better deal order 4 fridges at once, or buying 12 of the same bathroom fixture. 

I'm putting a bar sink, dorm sized fridge, hot plate, and microwave.  

A friend here in Florida is getting ripped off by his property management company after moving out claiming a tiny piece of scotch residue on the fridge door is gonna cost $400 to replace the whole door and ridiculous other items.What’s the proper way to challenge these charges and maybe even proceed with a formal complaint?

Hi All.If I purchase a townhouse with appliances (washer , dryer, fridge) , does any existing warranty transfer to me as well ?

I have my go to plumbing company, my go to fridge repair guy, go to handyman, etc.

@Michael Glunk I’d get a keurig and a creative assortment or coffee pods, stock the fridge up with breakfast type things, OJ, Apple juice, 1/2&1/2, medium size 2% milk, small fruit basket with bananas, apples, oranges, and some muffins from grocery store in a plastic 4 pack container so they will last several days.

If Fridge or Dryer is broken I have to call this and that.Seriously I have dryer/washer/fence replaced like 9 times last year, all different tenants.

I’m off to buy 2 fridges, 2 washers and 2 dryers for a new home Friday when they release the labor sales prices. 1 laundry set will be my first “stackable” set in a closet.

(i.e. a porch swing, a wood paneled entertainment area, a wine fridge). 

They have a hotel attached to their North American headquarters that looks out over the production floor, and every room as a tap/shower beer fridge.
