I contemplated putting down LVP.

I've  been contemplating buying the Costar package (which is around $4000 a year).

Or we are contemplating finishing it out (would cost about $100,000 and we would get a mtg )  and making it a STR and renting on Peerspace, too.

@Jennifer Darby I’m contemplating the idea of LVP for my rentals at turnover but for last several years I have used apartment’s grade carpet in beige color, it is stain proof and my cost with install including removal of old one come at about $9.99 to $11 per yard, and this also includes carpet pads.

The truth is countless people contemplate investing in real estate, but never pull the trigger.

I am contemplating whether to go ahead with 25% down only if inspection doesn't find anything major..I am new investor and worried that I maybe overlooking anything that is obvious.

:) Funny enough I contemplated adding it in there; however, I was trying to keep it serious. 

I am not looking for funds, past deals, deals that have already been fully subscribed, folks contemplating deals in the near future, items right around the corner, etc.
