There is an investment club meeting next Wednesday in Falls Church called Caza Falls Church.

I went to different churches in the area.

There was just a shooting across the street from me this morning on Church Street, but I guess like Jacqueline said it's normal in most cities (New Haven being the worst for a long time).

It doesn't help too that I was taught in my church how money is the root of all evil and it is harder to be rich than it is to get a camel through the eye of a needle. 

I have two 9,000 sqf commercial adjacent lots with a 3300 sqf church on one for 13,000 in west Texas.

It turns out I know this woman from church, although she doesn't remember me. 

He went to college to be a pastor and has a small church but the discipline he learned early on has allowed him to support his family and provided jobs for crew as well. 

An offer to prepay rent for several months is usually a red flag ... save for international students whose parents/church/government are paying the outlandish tuition for them to study in Canada.  

Might be difficult to market to a tenant but OTH the tenant knows they are on probation and they will act accordingly, like a church mouse.
