I am with @Anthony Wick on not initiating anything.My other tenants are all teleworking.I am growing concerned about the spill off from this "cancel rent" movement and I am extraordinarily surprised that leaders and economists are not speaking out about it.

For us we do not need to sell them as they are cash flowing, and sellers are in this position whereas buyers are sitting on cash doing nothing - so its either buy it at 10-12% or let it sit and collect nothing hoping things change - but on the lower upb market, I do not see much movement in that market even when things start to open up.

I'll go along with the New Orleans guys with one little change, I have noticed a lot of movement of investors to the Baton Rouge area due to the flood and the plethora of deals.
