Hello there community!  I am honored and very excited to be a part of such an amazing movement in the real estate industry.  I have paid for seminars, so called "mentors" and this is by far the most impressive and knowledge filled database bar none.  I have been avidly reading and pursuing my education, so far my implementation of my education is in queue.  I am very interested in wholesaling, and flipping houses mainly, with interests also in just about every aspect of the industry; however my niche would be the preceding.  Currently I am a Sales Professional, starting walking door to door and now in over the phone sales (high pressure), I know this will be an asset in my pursuit.  Very open to any suggestions and advice to turbocharge my learning curve, and looking forward to becoming a more active member of the community!
