I know your community and they could do a better job of highlighting the GYM, Pool, and proximity to the Villa Sport as well as the restaurants in Cedar Hills.

Food deliveries, rideshare during big drinking days/concerts/sporting events/airport runs, shop for grocery items, etc...Most folks overestimate what they can earn in a day hustling and underestimate what they can earn in a year.
