Hey Bigger Pockets Team!  My name is Colin Masterson I am a sports performance coach looking to get started in real estate.  Myself and a buddy are local to the Philadelphia area and looking to get ourselves a duplex to house hack one of the units.   If anyone here could be of any assistance that would be greatly appreciated. Have a great start to your week everyone!
