I don't know how you file taxes, but talk to your tax professional about what you can do to isolate your dealer operations from any LTR activity you may pursue. 

And do Drug Dealers use bank accounts (???)

One of my biggest mistakes that I made was listening to a broker dealer who said they had raised all the money for the deal and that we were good. 

I can see a wheeler-dealer type saying "I own" rather than saying "I have an ownership interest" or more correct "an equity interest in".That there are misconceptions about the role of an attorney acting as an escrow for a starw man which is perfectly lawful and where disclosure may not be required to be made, but where full disclosure should be made.

This is the same as "dealer" status considerations on the part of a fix-and-flipper.If Father's IRA buys a house (in cash, no debt), and rents it out, the net rental income is not subject to UBIT.
