Looking for a real estate investing mentor located in New York State.

Richelle B Irish
Posted

My name is Richelle Irish and I'm currently a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Howard Hanna, located in Delmar New York.

I'm writing to ask if any investor would be interested in getting coffee together or having a brief video call with me sometime in the next few weeks. I'm currently looking for a professional mentor who has some experience in finding and funding rental properties with good cash flow return on investment in the upstate NY area. I would love to pick someone's brain about different strategies, how to avoid as much risks as possible, how/where to start as a newbie, advice, etc. If you agree to be my mentor and we build a solid relationship, I wouldn't mind, eventually, partnering up and supplying resources and tools that non-agents do not have.

Thank you for reading this message. I completely understand if you're too busy right now to serve as being someone's mentor, as I'm sure you're busy managing your current investments. I wish you well and look forward to your response.
