@Cameron BriouxDepending on which part of the City .... $300K for a 6-unit could be pretty full pricing.You first need to have an honest discussion with yourself on what the current business is worth (income - expenses - allowance for deferred CAPEx) ... not what is the potential for the business.Once you have that firm, then you can work with the Vendor to solve his problem.A vendor carry may well work in this instance (though we have found them to be a huge educational effort in the area).
