@Anthony Gayden LOL, I have been very involved with Realtor Politics over the last 2 decades and trust me Tucson does not like to be framed as the little brother or secondary market in any way.Phoenix makes up 75% of the Real Estate Market in the state but hey let's not let numbers get in the way of our feelings. lol (Omaha/ Council Bluffs) I'm from Storm Lake, IA

I just listened in to a recent council meeting it looks like there may be some changes that might be coming up to the STR program in the area (permit parking system, 2 per bedroom max occupancy requirement, increased fines, maximum rooms available for rents etc).

Make sure the new price takes into consideration the arrears.In terms of repairs, contact your local council to see if there may be any government/non-profit programs that may be available particularly if you have low income renters.

It makes sense to have a management llc and then a holding LLC that puts liens or notes on all the properties.Assuming the same person owns the properties and the llc, why wouldn't opposing council just go after the llc that owns all the liens as well?
