@Ashley Petersen my advice is to think about a longer time span and you can exceed your goal.

We inherited a guy who had been there 24 years, spanning the original owners & the seller as their on-site maintenance guy.

So looks like my STR income is going to be $0 for the Mar 16 to April 16 month span. 

You've got:small businesses that aren't going to survive even with loanslarge businesses (JC Penney, etc) that were already close to the edge and this might push them overmalls that may not make it outbusinesses that instead of opening multiple locations are just going to have people work from homeIt's 10 years worth of change smashed into a 2 or 3 month span. 

Companies have an average life span of about ten years.

I say painful because the task can become a big effort and the average 'wholesaler' seems to have about a 30 second attention span.

I don't respond to span through craiglist.

Things like this have a life-span and you got all of it.

It was a quick way to pick up homes on the cheap but the quality and aesthetics spanned the spectrum.

We bought several properties over a 13 month span from Dec '11 to Jan '13 in Adams County.
