We’re located in a less populated part of the state and are concerned about setting up our own services with Evolve … on the flip-side the % fee from Vacasa seems disproportionate to the service, particularly for times that we want to use the house.We’d love to know about others experiences with these companies, and we’re open to any other local STR companies that we should research.Thanks!

I bet if you look a little harder you will see more MH's around, they are not all straight metal blocks, many are double and triple wide homes with dormers and inset porches, wood or vinyl siding and composition roofs they have evolved to be rather pleasing.

The 1 certainty is much will be changing and evolving and doing so at a rapid pace, especially November.

It's how companies like Evolve are able to exist.I remember shopping for our first STR in St George. 

Evolve and Vacasa charge less than that, but are not local and not quite full service.
