We haven't take his courses yet but have been soaking up all the information he provides.

I’m completely new to this and I’m trying to soak in as much advice and knowledge as possible.

I mean yeah, it's a neat state and all but there are 49 others.I would hang out here on BP for a while and soak up the knowledge.

I feel like I am in a very similar position soaking up all the info I can, meeting with people and actively pursuing my first deal in the Chicago area.  

This is a great place so soak up some knowledge for sure.

Before buying anymore courses I would HIGHLY suggest you hang around this site and soak in as much info as you can.

It soaked through sub floor will stay there for years. 

The fire spread to the kitchen and living room, and the house was rated a complete loss after fire trucks soaked it.

She indicated she will move the stuff.....basically she never moved the stuff, had leased housing cancel her lease (she was on section 8)..which was fine with me and told my carpet installer that when he was putting carpet in the other unit that she wasn't going to let him put carpet in her unit.So basically she made zero effort to move her stuff or "save" any of her stuff.Overall their was not a ton of water in the unit...the carpet and pad were soaked but no standing water.

Make sure to learn and soak up as much as you can
