What constitutes "aggressive"?

I would "Guess" a Refinance could constitute a "Sale" in the viewpoint  of TSAHC. 

Have a WRITTEN list of the criteria you expect of what constitutes a qualified tenant--be detailed.

Instead of having reasoned debate we end up arguing about whether or not something has to be expressly stated in The Constitution or some such.

But I'm not a licensed agent, I wonder if just charging a fee for the introduction would constitute brokerage? 

The administrative law judge found that imposing the pet deposit constituted discrimination under the Fair Housing Act, and awarded not only the refund of the deposit, but also damages to the tenant for emotional distress ........Seems to me the OP can win for losing on this.
